Tournament Schedule:

  Friday, 9/29th Registration: 8 - 9:00am

  Saturday, 9/30th 

    VA ODCA Business Meeting: 9 - 9:45am

 Round  5:   8:00am  - 10:00am
    Round 1:     10:00am - 12:00pm            6:  10:00am - 12:00pm
  Lunch:        12:00pm - 1:00pm   Lunch:    12:00pm  -  1:00pm
  Round 2:       1:00pm - 3:00pm             7:    1:00pm -  3:00pm
 Round 3:       3:00pm - 5:00pm            8:    3:00pm -  5:00pm
 Round 4:       5:00pm - 7:00pm Closing Ceremony: 5:00pm - 5:30pm

Tournament will be played under a 3-Move Restriction format, using the Swiss System of pairing/scoring with only one re-pair if necessary. There will be 8 rounds at 2 games per round - 1 hour games. We will play 4 rounds Friday of 2 hours per round - 1 round before lunch and break for a 1 hour lunch at 12:00 - various restaurants close by.  Then 3 rounds afterwards, an early start of 8am for 4 rounds Saturday - 2 rounds before lunch then break for a 1 hour lunch, and 2 afterwards, hopefully finished by 5:30pm.
